New Years Resolution

This is my first blog and since is the end of the year, what better way to ended the year but with a resolution. Mine (like every year) is to loose weight, but I figure that if I keep a journal of my journey with pictures of my before, during and after I will not only encourage me to stick to the plan and maybe inspire others. So here we go!

As of today I have no clue how I'm going to do it, but I thought that the best way to start would be with a detox. I think my body needs to start of slightly clean of whatever crap may be in it, kinda give it a head start to eating right. By the way, I am the pickiest person when it comes to food. I do not eat healthy at all, I hate fish and I eat baby vegetables - all of these issues are going to kill me, but I think that I'm just going to have to get over it if I really want to make a change!

Next comes the exercise; I need to come up with a routine that works for me, I'm on a tight budget and signing up for a gym membership would be very hard at this moment, I'm going to talk to several people about helping me create exercises that I can do at home.
Once I've come up with all the details on my own personal loose weight program, I will post it on here so you guys can help me decide if I need to change anything on it.

God help me! but I know I can do it and I will do it!
